Spend the day with Reel Hooked Charters and let them show you what makes the fishing in Baltimore so memorable!

Depending on the season, you might hook into Largemouth Bass, Striped Bass, Bluefish, Catfish, Crab, Atlantic Mackerel, White Perch, and anything else that bites. You’ll target your catch by spinning, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or something more specialized in this area.

Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available. Otherwise, you should bring your own.

You’ll be casting lines from a 40’ Commercial that holds up to 6 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.

Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. Mates often work for tips, and it’s customary to offer them a 10–20% tip. There’s no need to buy a fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

Don’t forget to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks included on board.
