The Rockin N Rowan is an attractive 32' Rampage express cruiser, powered by twin Volvo diesel engines. She's capable of accommodating up to 6 guests, so why not bring along the whole family or your best angling buddies?
She's fully equipped with top-of-the-line navigational and safety gear, meaning you'll be treated to a secure and comfortable journey to the bay's hotspots. Inside, she features a toilet, as well as TV, so you can even combine fishing for Stripers with catching an important game!
Capt. Jake provides top of the line fishing equipment, primarily using Penn reels with 40 lb test line for the ultimate Striped Bass and Bluefish fishing experience. Stripers fight hard, and this fishing gear will make sure that you're up to the challenge of reeling 'em in!
Your captain's preferred technique is trolling, which he does with planer boards and up to 16 rods, meaning he can have over 30 bait in the water at a time. Safe to say, it's rare for him to return to the dock without a box full of Striper to show off.
Each trip includes top-quality rods and reels, as well as artificial bait. Live bait is available at an additional cost. Capt. Captain was so nice caught rat fish in blue catfish best time ever
Took my dad out for a Father’s Day present with Cptn Jake on Friday afternoon. Both he, and the fishing were awesome! We caught our limit and tried for some catfish but the bite went away. It was a beautiful night out in the water. Jake is super knowledgeable and works his butt off to make sure his guests have a good time. If you want to fish around Baltimore, this is your trip to take!
Captain Jake worked and got us on the fish. We caught our limit and had a blast. Equipment was top notch and Captain Jake knows the bay and gets you in the right place. He cleaned our catch and we left with beautiful Rock fillets. Highly recommend this boat and Captain Jake. We'll be back again.
Had a good time with Captain Jacob. The morning started out slow as Captain Jacob took us out into the bay looking for a good spot to fish. It took about two hours to find a good spot (be patient as this may take a while to find an area) Found a couple good spots and then we started pulling the fish in and it was exciting! Captain Jacob was very knowledgeable about the area and fishing. He was very attentive to us and interacts well with children. Showed my son how to cast a line and reel in the fish and allowed him to drive the boat for a few minutes. Captain Jacob is a very nice, honest and kind man and we really enjoyed our time spent with him on Saturday morning. I highly recommend him to families that have young kids and want to take them out fishing.

To this day I still get just as excited to hear the run of the drags, the bend of the rod, and to see fish on the deck of the boat. I'm committed to showing my clients a good time as well as putting fish in the box. I grew up on the water and fished all the time as a child until I became an adult. Now I want to get others out fishing and enjoy the day.
