Your day begins aboard a 23’ center console boat that holds up to 6 passengers. You'll find rods, reels, lures, bait, and tackle waiting for you, everything needed for a fantastic trip.
It's recommended to bring non-spray sunscreen and sunglasses. Water is included. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but please avoid hard liquor and glass bottles. Light snacks will be available on board.

Finding something unique to to do with your family during vacation can sometimes be daunting. So, one of my kids suggested fishing. I researched the many options available in St. Augustine, and landed on Captain Alden. Sure was glad I did. He was very helpful, professional and his boat was clean and big enough for the six of us. Captain Alden was very helpful and patient with the kids, educating all of us of the different fish species we caught. Overall a five star trip!

Captain Alden and First Mate Will run an organized, safe, fun, and top notch charter. We had a phenomenal trip on our inshore fishing experience. The boat is comfortable, the guys were experienced and great with all ages. We had 3 generations on our 6 person trip and made some wonderful memories together. These guys put us on the fish, catered to every person, keeping us baited up, taking care of things before we even asked. We caught red and black drum, enough for fresh dinner and the freezer! They were patient and very willing to answer questions and teach our first time fishers the very basics. It is a win for us when my 6 year old granddaughter now loves fishing like I do. Thank you Captain Alden and Will!!! We will definitely be back.
great morning with you guys!
Had initially planned going nearshore this morning, but Capt. Alden suggested staying inshore due to wind. Others who did came back pretty quick, so we would’ve wasted time. We were all fine with flounder, and that’s exactly what Capt put us on. Didn’t quite limit due to size, but I don’t think in 5-10 minutes went by without one of the four of us reeling one in. Would gladly go with Capt Alden again.

absouktu wonderful experience with my son and future SIL. for us the 4 hour trip was just perfect caught 3 different tyoes of fish and will be eating then tomorrow! Fresh as fresh can get. I highly recommend this company as the coversation, music, and most importantly the help with us novice fisherman was superb. This chartet woild be great fir anyone - novice to pro to family with kids to a group of friends. They were on time and even filleted all our fish. We would definitely go out fishing with them again!

Captain was very knowledgeable of the area and put on the fish like I’ve never seen before. We caught a variety of fish and most of all my nephew truly had a great time. The Captain ensured he had the time of his life.I highly recommend Hot Reels for a great fishing adventure.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
