Corey took my son and I to several different fishing spots on our trip today. We started off bay fishing and quickly caught our share or speckled trout and plenty of sand trout. That was a lot of fun, since at home we spend a lot of time unsuccessfully shore fishing for freshwater bass. So my son had the time of his life casting and reeling in good sized fish at a pretty quick pace. Corey then took us redfish hunting which he warned us would be less active, but we were determined to bring one in. We were finding a bunch of catfish, which aren’t fish you want to keep. Finally, just before we called it a day, one of our reels hit a 22” redfish. Corey was super personable and was happy to share his fishing knowledge with me and my son throughout the trip, which made our time fly by. In the end, we ended up with over 20 keepers, mostly sand trout, that Corey cleaned and bagged for us. The trip was everything we’d hoped for.

Captain Corey took my daughter and I out to find some redfish in the bay. With his knowledge of the local fish and seasons he got us on quality fish quickly. My daughter and I both agree that Captain Corey was easy to talk to, charmingly funny, and very courteous. It takes a lot to get my kiddo to show some emotion these days (she’s a teenager), and on our way home she had the hugest smile while recounting her catches. My recent nearshore fishing trip with Captain Cory of Reel Adventures was nothing short of fantastic! Captain Cory delivered beyond my expectations. We went out as a family of 4, my wife and I and 11yo twin son/daughter. Left from Aransas Pass and fished 5hrs in challenging very windy conditions. Capt Cory eventually put us on fish after trying several spots. He was quick to move if something wasn’t working. I kept telling my family to trust the process. We eventually caught 10 fish in last 1.5hrs. 4 redfish keepers and 1 speck. Filleted up nicely and sent us home with plenty of fish. Thanks for a great experience Cory, great job! Highly recommend

We were lucky enough to land a trip with Captain Corey Bickford through Fishing booker at short notice and could not be happier we did. Despite extreme low water and high winds we still had the best time and an amazing experience and caught fish. Corey was excellent with the 2 twelve year old girls. And kept them engaged sharing his knowledge and insight. I really can’t recommend him enough. Just our first of many trips together.
