You won’t have to travel far to fish these inshore and nearshore waters, including some spots that only the locals know about. The game’s name around here is heavy tackle fishing, which is what you’ll be doing on the day of your trip. Jamison will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Around here fishing is popular for Chinook Salmon, Sturgeon, Coho Salmon, and more, depending on the time of year.
You’re welcome to have any fish that are legal to harvest. Jamison will even clean your catch for you so it’s ready to fry up at home. Now that’s a fresh meal! Jamison can take groups as large as 4 on this guided experience. You’ll be fishing without a boat, so expect to make your way on foot at least part of the time and come dressed for current weather conditions.
You will be meeting Jamison at the fishing grounds. Get in touch to find out more before the day – you can even send a quick message below. Your fishing license for the day is not included, so members of your group will need to buy one. You can find out more online, including exceptions that may apply. You’re encouraged to dress in layers and the proper footwear (if you aren’t sure what that means, just ask). It’s never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, sunblock, and bottled water, no matter the weather. Children are welcome to come along.
