Adventuresome Tours
There's a fish with your name on it in Fajardo and Adventuresome Tours will help you catch it! With Captain Joseph at the helm, you'll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide.
Species like Cero Mackerel, Great Barracuda, Amberjack, Mutton Snapper, Blue Marlin, Wahoo, Lobster, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Tarpon, Hogfish, Sailfish, Blackfin Tuna, and more inhabit these waters, depending on when you go. For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. For the more adventurous among you, there's spearfishing.
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board.
You'll be dropping lines from Galilee, a 31' Contender walkaround with space for 6 passengers. It has outriggers and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures.
Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. Mates often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish. A few items to bring include sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks available on board.
Now and then the fish might get away, but a day on the water never should. Time to make it happen, with Adventuresome Tours!
Noboby likes to hear this but fishing doesn’t mean catching! We give 100% to catch, yet many factors need to line up properly! What we hope to show you the experience on the Carribean sea is worth it. The opportunities are real. The memories are for a lifetime! Safety

Originally we had booked a 6 hour excursion to Culebra but unfortunately high winds prevented that trip. Instead, captain Joseph suggested a shorter trip around Palominos and Icacos instead that kept us off the open ocean. The wave action was manageable and we had some great snorkeling with a lot of different corals and fish. Joseph was very attentive to my son helping him as a novice snorkler. We saw some sea turtles and a pod of dolphins we jumped in with. They gave us quite a show! To top off the day my son got to reel in a 45" barracuda. I'd highly recommend spending a day with captain Joseph and his excellent navigator Edwin! Edwin captured some great pictures and videos to remember our day. Thank you both!

we are thankful for the chance to spend some ocean time with you both. much success in the future. thank you from edwin and me.

Our crew, 3 adults and 3 kids (ages 15, 11 and 4.5) had an amazing day with Joseph and Edwin. They made sure the trip was special for everyone, including my 4.5 year old niece. We had a great time with tunes on the boat, island hoping, snorkeling, wild life spotting (turtles, dolphin and even a manatee) and my fishing obsessed-son caught blue runner and a 20lb+ barracuda. They shared local fishing info and had a great selection of gear. They brought a yummy lunch of fresh fruit, chicken and kid-friendly snacks. I can recommend a better trip for a diverse age range and interests. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great day!

thank you for trusting edwin and me with your family adventure on the carribean sea. have a great year

We had an amazing fishing trip that exceeded our expectations. Originally scheduled for the previous day, the captain reached out proactively due to weather concerns and was incredibly flexible in rescheduling us for better conditions the next morning. That thoughtful approach set the tone for the rest of the day. The boat was spotless, well-stocked with snacks, and felt safe and comfortable for the whole group. We trolled between beautiful islands, took in some great views, and even stopped for snorkeling along the way — a perfect addition for those who wanted to take a dip and explore the water. While we didn't bring home a catch to eat, we had solid action on the rod and that's all part of the experience. The crew was friendly, upbeat, and clearly loves what they do, which made the entire outing feel relaxed and enjoyable. Highly recommend this trip for anyone looking to enjoy the water, whether you're into serious fishing or just want a great day out on the ocean.

Thank you for trusting us with your family outing! Edwin and myself are thankful. We look forward to you visiting again. Joseph.
Caught plenty of barracuda, and lost many other fish… Captain took the time to get us away from the crowds, which was not easy being Easter weekend… Amenities on board were top-notch as well as the equipment… And the crew was an absolute blast… They even took extra time to bring us into shore to go, snorkeling, as well as hook a couple tarpon at the end of the trip! Highly recommend booking with them.

Thank you for trusting is with your carribean adventure. edwin, leo and myself appreciate everything. I still have trouble imagining how you handle trolling 16 lines on the lake. that is amazing. impressive. joseph

Captain Joseph was very communicative the week prior to our trip. He advised us that the winds could be strong and some rain was possible. Joseph and Edwin made sure that we took the least choppy routes and found the calmest waters possible. We had a great time snorkeling and watching sea turtles. We wished we could have caught more fish but given the weather it was great- everyone at least hooked one! Highly recommend the trip.

Thank you for trusting us! we are thankful for everything. have a wonderful year.
Raised in a fishing community of Ocean City, Maryland, the White Marlin capital of the world. I've been fishing and hunting on the eastern shore, both inland and up to 100 miles offshore. Winter in the Florida Keys. Flats fishing and deep sea. Then in 2019 sold business. Then moved to Puerto Rico to live my pirate dreams on the Carribean seas. Now able to share that will willing adventuresome customers.
