You'll be welcome aboard an 18' Lund aluminum fishing boat with a capacity for 3 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. What's more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
Before coming aboard, you will be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. We had a couple of strikes that were probably glad we didn’t catch because they stripped off everything we got one keeper in the five hour trip. Billy was great. I don’t think it was his fault. I just don’t think the fish were very interested today. The water was choppy and warmer than walleye like

Billy (captain) was pleased with that, but we still didn't have other fish. He was not going to give up. His knowledge and persistence allowed us to end the day with 10 great sized walleye (and three meals)! He was great to fish with. Very down to earth and personable. He's my first call next time we want to go out!

My friend and I have taken many west michigan charter trips over the years. This was our first east michigan charter and we were not disappointed. The boat, Captain and equipment were first class. Learned a couple of fishing techniques we can use moving forward. Captain Billy put us on fish and allowed us to bait, retrieve, and land the fish. A great experience!!

Captain Billy knew the river well. We caught the Walleye we were after and filled the cooler up to the top. We also all caught bonus smallmouth bass and my son caught a rather large sheephead. Just icing on the cake. Thank you Captain Billy!
