Boston Bass Charters has a trip with your name on it along the stunning waters of Winthrop. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Will knows them forwards and back.

Local species include Striped Bass, Bluefish, and more if you come at the right time of year. For these species, you’re likely to troll and bottom fish using light tackle.

Capt. Will welcomes anglers of all ages, including kids, so get ‘em offline and onto the water! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!

You’ll be dropping lines from a 23’ Sea Fox dual console with capacity for 3 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is included, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

A few items to bring include sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
