Wild Catch Fishing
If you’re in the market for a professional, guided, surf fishing experience near North Topsail Beach, look no further than Wild Catch Fishing.
The stunning scenery here includes beautiful beaches, including some spots that only a local can show you.
The name of the game around here is bottom fishing, and that’s exactly what you’ll do. Joel will provide rods and reels, as well as lures and live bait.
You’re welcome to take home any fish that meet size and bag limits. Have a cooler ready in the car! Groups of up to 6 can join these excursions. You’ll make your way to the fishing grounds on foot, so be sure to dress for current weather conditions and bring only as much as you can carry.
Don’t hesitate to send Joel a message below with any questions you have, including where to meet on the day of your trip.
Everyone in your group should buy a local fishing license ahead of time. You can find out more online, including exceptions that may apply. You’re encouraged to dress in layers and the proper footwear (if you aren’t sure what that means, just ask). It’s never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock, rain or shine.
Joel welcomes anglers of all ages on these trips, including kids.
