If you're ready to get hooked on fishing in Gulf Shores, we've got you covered with Trick'em Charters 2. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Patrick roped in his father, Captain Mike's experience, to tell you all about them.
Depending on the season, you might hook into Speckled Trout, Spotted Seatrout, Redfish, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Bonito, Sheepshead, Flounder, Bluefish, Spadefish, Cobia, and who knows what else! On these trips, it's common to bottom fish using light tackle.
Capt. Mike believes in teaching kids to fish while they're young, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! Children, under the age of 10, must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Don't forget to bring snacks for a boost of energy when needed!
You'll be fishing aboard a 24' blazer bay center console that holds up to 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, just show up ready for some fishing! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
Don't leave home without sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
How often would you rather be fishing? Go on and turn that daydream into a reality, with Trick'em Charters 2.

Our first trip was a success. Thanks to captain Mike putting us on the fish. We had a great time I would definitely recommend. Not only did he put us on the fish. He explained different techniques to us. And showed us how they work. even in the rough water situation We still caught fish. I would definitely recommend.
I took myself and my 10-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son out this morning with Trick’Em 2 Fishing Charters, and we had a fantastic time. We headed about 15 minutes out and spent a little over two hours on the water. It was only their second time fishing, and they’re loving it more and more with each trip. The captain was great—friendly, patient, and especially good with kids. The boat was nice, well-kept, and everything felt up to standard. It was a relaxed, fun adventure for all of us. I’d highly recommend Trick’Em 2 to families looking for an easy, enjoyable fishing trip, and I look forward to coming back out on the water with them again.
Took my two boys (13 & 10) out for a 3 hour trip and we were able to limit out on speckled trout. Captain Patrick was great helping my kids get on fish and even kept us on the water for a few extra minutes just so we could catch our limit. Highly recommended.
Saw fishing report had been showing a slow bite but Mike was able to get us oit near some gas rigs and got us on a lot of spanish mackerel. Had two, 11yr old boys pn the trip and they had a great time. Mike was very nice anc easy to talk to
I took 2 11 year olds and 3 16 year old kids, captian couldn’t have been better!! ogt us on fish quick and he was very patient with the younger kids. id recommend him to anyone!
