You'll be fishing for Snapper, Grouper, Triggerfish, Amberjack, Spanish Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, King Mackerel (Kingfish), and more, depending on the time of year. For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
Trips with Redwater Guide Company are child-friendly, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks!
You'll be casting lines from a 28' Sportsman center console that holds up to 6 passengers. It has outriggers and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, along with lures and bait.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time!
Don't forget to bring sunscreen and sunglasses. Bottled water will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed.

Captain Max not only knows what he’s doing, but is probably the friendliest most engaging charter captain I’ve ever had. I’ve been fishing in the Keys, the Atlantic, the Gulf Coast, and Alaska. Never have I ever had a better experience both catching and enjoying our day out on the water. I would highly recommend Captain Max whether it’s your first time or your hundredth time.
