You won't have to travel far to fish these remote lake waters, including some honey holes that only a local guide can show you.
We also have a nightly rental home for your convenience for your fishing trip, and we can offer you a package deal.
Depending on conditions, you might hook into Crappie, Largemouth Bass, and whatever else is biting. On these trips, you can expect to jig.
With the help of a local fishing guide, you'll make your way to these waters by boat. I will provide rods and reels.
You will need to obtain a local fishing license before the trip. You can usually find that information online or reach out to the lodging coordinator here.
Meals are not included in the price, so be sure to bring snacks and lunch. Otherwise there are 2 local cafes you can go to afterward if you choose on your own.
Lastly, be sure to get in touch with any questions you have, like what's available on-site and any essentials you should bring. Also you can Inquire about staying in our nightly rental as a package deal for your convenience. It is right next door to my home. It has everything you need except food! Had an awesome trip with Jeff at Rend Lake – Lakeside Guide Services. We hit our limit and were on slab crappies the whole time. What really stood out was how efficient everything was. no fancy tech, just pure experience and knowledge of the water. Jeff knows exactly where to go and how to stay on fish. You can tell he’s been doing this a long time, and it shows in the results. If you want a guide who gets you on fish and keeps it simple and effective, this is your guy. Highly recommend will definitely be back

Let me say this man is an amazing guide, fisherman and human being! Pulling up to the first spot I looked at his depth finder and was expecting him to have the fish finder on like every guide I’ve seen. There was no fish finder on and within 10 minutes we were slaying the crappies! End of the day we ended with lots to eat and some really nice slabs! I think there needs to be more than 5 stars for a rating for this man and his small business. We are going to make the 5 hour drive to spend a week with this guy out on the water! Great conversationalist and with all the bang for your buck!

Captain Jeff provided a great fishing experience. The weather conditions weren't the greatest, but we made the best of the day. We loved being out on the lake and checking out the scenery while fishing. Jeff even gave us some extra fish that he had on hand since we didn't catch that many fish. Jeff was patient and explained the best ways to catch the fish, we just need more practice!! We would definitely book with him again.

Guide was good and knowledgeable. All equipment needed was provided. Put us on fish. After the trip captain cleaned the fish and rinsed them as good as I would have done myself. Then he provided a plastic zip lock bag, an ice pack and a small cooler. Our captain Jeff also has a bed and breakfast if the drive is too far for one day trip with package deals. All good!

JEFF IS THE BEST REAL CLASS ACT HAD A GREAT TIME. IF YOU CAN LISTEN AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS HE WILL PUT YOU ON THE FISH! IF YOU CAN HOLD A POLE YOU WILL CATCH FISH WITH THIS GUY HE IS THE FISH WHISPERER…HAD A GREAT TIME WILL BE BACK
