Using live bait Captain Charles will catch before he picks you up at the dock, you’ll target the hard fighting Striped Bass. In addition to catching Stripers it is not uncommon to also catch white bass, blue catfish, and crappie during your trip. Those are bonus fish that you can keep in addition to your 10 Stripers!
You’ll be fishing from a 25’ Shearwater center console boat powered by a 300hp Yamaha outboard engine. If you are bringing more than 6 people, Captain Charles has a fleet of additional boats and professional guides ready to put everybody in your company, sales group, or church on hungry fish.
Captain Charles provides everything you’ll need for fishing: rods, reels, fuel, tackle, and live bait. At the end of your trip, he will fillet and bag your fish at no extra cost. All you need to bring are fishing licenses, snacks, and drinks.

We had a great experience fishing with Charlie! He was very helpful and easy to work with from the beginning. The night before our trip, I had a few questions and needed to call, and Charlie was very quick to return my calls and make sure we had everything we needed. What really stood out was how patient he was with my son, Zach. This was Zach’s first fishing trip, and Charlie took the time to show him how to properly hold his pole, cast his line, and understand what we were doing. He explained things clearly and never hesitated to answer Zach’s many questions, which made the experience even more enjoyable for both of us. Overall, it was a great trip and a great experience. Charlie was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and genuinely made the day enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Charlie to anyone looking for a fishing guide, especially if you’re taking someone who is new to fishing.
Captain Charles was great. He got in touch with us several times in advance of our trip, was on time and super friendly. The boat and bait were ready to go, so we wasted no time getting on the water. He knew where the fish were and how to land them. We caught our limit an hour early. We had a blast, and we will definitely book again!!

we caught our limit in less than 2 hours. took 17 people and Charles arranged 3 boats and we hammered the fish. The boat i was in we were laughing almost the whole time. everyone in our group said it was a great trip great trip for kids we had boys from age 8 to 19 be ready to set the hook because the fish come fast when you find them

With the weather as bad as it was(windy, rain), Charles and Zack did great with the situations we faced. They are very knowledgeable with the lake and their equipments to find fishes for us. We will definitely be back for another trip.

I know where the fish will be at all times of the year. After I got my marketing degree from Texas Wesleyan i was in management with a Fortune 500 company for 20 years. When i got news that they were moving our operation over seas i decided to follow my dream of being a fishing giide. I have been guiding fishing trips for 15 years, and I look forward to every trip. Providing a service that helps people smile, de-stress, and have fun is very fulfilling. Not having to wear a tie to work is pretty cool too.
