Spend the day with heavy fishing and see what's biting in Punta Cana! With Captain Ramon at the helm, you'll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide.

These waters are known for Great Barracuda, Pacific Barracuda, Bonito, Albacore Tuna, Tope Shark, Sierra Mackerel, Black Marlin, Blue Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Bonefish, Striped Marlin, and more – with any luck, they'll make your reel scream. You'll target your catch by spinning, trolling, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Any fish within the legal limit are yours to keep. Capt. Ramon can even clean your catch for you. Have a cooler ready in the car!

Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Also remember to bring snacks to keep 'em happy!

You'll be dropping lines from a 36' Luhrs sportfishing vessel with space for 10 passengers. It comes with downriggers, a fighting chair, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures.

A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

It's never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and a hat. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be food and some light snacks included on board.

The click of a button is the only thing keeping you from a great day on the water with Heavy Fishing!
