Mackinaw Lake Trout, Kokanee Salmon(Jul-Sep), Rainbow Trout and Brown Trout, and more inhabit these waters, depending on conditions. During the trip you might be trolling, jigging, and mooching.
Your adventure begins aboard a 35' Seahawk sportfishing vessel with space for 8 to 10 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
All trips are Captained and for groups of 5 or more will have a First Mate on board to help the Captain with making your trip run smoothly. It's customary to tip the crew 15–20% to show your appreciation.
You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip of which both a CA or NV license will work on Lake Tahoe and we sell day licenses at our our office.
You can't go wrong when you bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray). We provide water and coffee in the morning and water on the afternoon trips but you are welcome to bring food and other beverages on board with you. Just no Bananas.

Lake Tahoe is the best place to be! When a bachelor party of 9 guys show up ready for fun and fish, these folks provide! The weather was windy on the lake that day, we were offered a full refund if we couldnt go. Everyone was up for an adventure and we had a blast! The crew kept us safe, on track for fun and fish. Caught 4 monster lake trout in our 4 hour excursion. We had several more bites and hooks but weren’t as lucky. Those 4 monster lake trout definitely made up for it though. Ceasaer and Conner took amazing care of us and we will all be back for a yearly trip! Thank you to every one behind the scenes and on the boats!

The crew was super knowledgeable and helped the entire family have a wondeful time; from grandma to young grandkids. Everyone was able to reel in a fish and we had plenty of fish for multiple meals for the entire family. Highly recommend!

We had eight guys out on the boat, most of whom knew very little about fishing. Our crew were incredibly helpful and taught us exactly what we needed to do. The boat was plenty big to hold all of us and we were able to catch fish on a beautiful day. When we were finished, our crew cleaned and filleted our trout like pros and we walked away happy!
Love hearing this—eight guys, good weather, and fish in the boat is hard to beat. Glad the crew could walk everyone through it and keep things fun, even for the first-timers. Nothing beats wrapping up the trip with fresh trout cleaned and ready to go. Sounds like a solid day all around. Appreciate you coming out—hope we get you all back on the water again soon!

We caught 4 big Lake Trout and an unusually large Brown Trout and we had a blast doing it. We released the Brown and ate the Lake Trout. SO delicious! Thanks Captain Sammy and First Mate Riley!
