These waters are home to Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, Salmon, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Brown Trout, and more with any luck. You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks to stay fueled throughout your trip!
You'll be dropping lines from a 18' Tracy's Custom jet boat with capacity for 4 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
Before coming aboard, you will need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's always wise to bring sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Bottled water and Gatorade will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be food and some light snacks for you on board, depending on the trip you choose.

It was my 2nd year fishing with Capt Anthony. I highly recommend him. Hes a true professional at his craft. We fished some fresh runs one day on the Big Man and one day on the Betsie. Both days were quite memorable with a lot of hard fighting action. The Betsie can be a real challenge but Anthony knows the river avoids the timber and gets the Kings in the boat. One hard fighting King took an incredible amount of work to get into the boat. Enjoyed fishing with his dog Waylon. Great time Capt Anthony, look forward to fishing with you again!
First time salmon fishing was a success thanks to our captain Anthony. He was very professional and knowledgeable on fishing in the area. We had a good amount of bites and ended with more than enough fish for the wife and I. Highly recommended.
Captain Anthony was great to work with. He and his first mate put us right on the fish and it was non-stop CATCHING until we hit our limits. What an incredible morning of “catching” and is a trip i’ll never forget. We look forward to coming back again and again, for years to come!
Our fishing trip with Anthony was fantastic, his boat and gear are top notch. He was very dedicated to getting us to where the fish were, he did a very good job of putting us on fish. And once we were fishing he was very attentive to us and instructed us very well on catching fish.
