Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Black Drum, Cobia, Flounder, Jack Crevalle, Redfish, Black Seabass, Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper, Red Snapper, Vermilion Snapper, Speckled Trout, and anything else that bites. You can expect to do some spinning, trolling, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Out N About Fishing Charter welcomes kids aboard, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. You’re welcome to bring snacks for a boost of energy when needed!
Your vessel for the day is a 25’ Robalo Cayman 246 bay boat that holds up to 4 passengers. It comes with downriggers, all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
Don’t forget to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks for you on board.

Great Florida fishing trip
My boyfriend and I had a blast fishing with Captain Tom. He put us on the fish and got us on a variety of species. He has the cleanest boat around and great fishing gear. Captain Tom and his first mate were a pleasure to spend the day with. We will be contacting them again next time we're in town.

Great day fishing
Captain Tom was great. We had a slow day and couldn't get to the fish we wanted due to a sick fellow fisherman. He still found a way for us to boat a couple and was easy to get along with! A bad day fishing is better than a good day at work, especially with Tom!
