Ridin’ Rogue Charters
Spend the day with Ridin'Rogue Charters and find out what the fishing in Savannah is all about! With Captain Matthew at the helm, you're in knowledgeable and experienced hands.
Species like Vermilion Snapper, Red Snapper, Black Seabass, Mahi Mahi, Amberjack, Wahoo, Great Barracuda, and more inhabit these waters, depending on when you go. You can expect to do some fishing with heavy tackle, trolling, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!
You'll find yourself aboard a 30' World Cat 295CC center console that can carry up to 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
You'll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. It's customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
A few items to bring include sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, and sunglasses. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

He made sure everyone had a great experience and took us to some excellent fishing spots. We caught some big fish and had a lot of fun along the way. Everything was well organized, and the whole trip was relaxed and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone looking for a great day out on the water. We’ll definitely be back!
