On the day of your trip you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Jacs also offers fly fishing.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!
Your boat for the day is a 25' Wellcraft 240 Coastal walkaround that holds up to 4 passengers. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
Before coming aboard, you'll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's always wise to bring sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

They never confirmed the trip with the guide. I fish 20+ guided trips a year. Good guides are busy on the water. I did reach out to him but wasn't surprised not to hear back, I had been told where & when to meet which was enough for me. Fortunately one of his friends found him that morning and he kindly re-booked me. Fishing Booker took NO responsibility. So what "service" are they providing?

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 25% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
