Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. You're welcome to bring snacks for a boost of energy when needed!
Capt. Jason welcomes you aboard a 18' Sabine skiff with capacity for 2 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Capt. Jason has you covered whether fly fishing or conventional fishing. Provided are Hardy fly rods and reels from 7wt to 12wt, along with flys. Conventional Waterloo rods paired with Florida Fishing Products reels and lures.
Before coming aboard, you'll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don't forget to bring sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now and then the fish might get away, but a day on the water never should. Time to make it happen, with Coast Wise!

Caught Speckled Sea Trout and Reds. Even with the wind Jason was able to put us on fish in multiple locations.
Jason is a knowledgeable, no BS, get after it, highly relatable, and easy to talk to guide. I felt very comfortable up front in his boat just like I was at home fishing with a buddy I've known for years. He put us on fish early, moved around decisively, and made the experience of South Texas fishing one to remember for years to come.
My son and I had a great charter with Jason of Coast Wise. Jason was very helpful and polite. Best of all, he put us on fish - some really big red fish and some nice trout. He worked hard getting us into position in the flats. We spent way more time on the water than our 5 hour charter. I would say my best inshore charter ever.

Had a great day tried everything to get us on the fish.

I had an amazing time! It was my first time down here and this type of fishing. Captain Jason was great highly highly recommend.
