Boca Grande Fishing Charters offers light tackle fishing charters in and around Boca Grande. You'll be fishing aboard a 23 shoalwater s23 cat, an excellent inshore shallow water boat.
Anglers of all levels are welcome and the captain will be only too happy to help you develop the skills to reel one in. There's nothing Capt. All rods, reels, bait, lures, and light tackle are provided so that you're in the best position to reel one in. He also invites all specialized fly fishershermen aboard to do battle with the Silver King (Tarpon) among other gamefish.

My 13 year old nephew loves to fish back in CO, but this was his first time salt water fishing. Captain Shane was so patient (with all of us!), my nephew caught Snook, Trout, and Shark. His Grandma joined us and was able to see dolphins, manatees, sharks, and stingrays. Being a local Captain, he knows the area well enough to maneuver his boat to areas no other boats were near and the fishing was great. We will definitely be booking with Captain Shane again!

He put me on my personal best Seatrout (23in) and Snook (37in) and also my very first Redfish which was definitely the highlight of the trip. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who values the use of artificial baits. We will definitely be coming back soon for some Tarpon!!

super knowledgeable of the area and water. got us on fish and had a great time. captain was very help and best part very helpful with the kids. from casting to gaveing them knowledge on how to be a better angler and showing them and telling them about the fish we caught.

Captain Shane was a sweetheart. He made sure our grandsons (11 and 8) caught fish. improved their fishing skills and educated them on the finer points of angling. He did not talk down to them and had great patience. i would highly recommend him for his expertise and his friendly and outgoing nature.
