Water Adventure – Marcangel 

As we arrived in the dock, we were met with the boat. The boss, now this is in the boat that I booked. But the crew explained they had some issues, and this is another boat in their fleet. We also said Capt. Jesus is now running bookings and social media. I was skeptic at first, but I had read some other people saying the same thing we boarded the boat and headed out to the ocean. Not 5 minutes into the trip, my wife landed. The biggest Amber Jack I've ever seen. As she was landing that the rods were going crazy and I pulled in a 47 inch barracuda, insane fish, in all. If I bagged 27 fish from Amber Jack's barracudas, a king mackerel red. Snapper, yellow snapper trigger fish, you name it, we caught it. The crew was great spot on knew where the fish were. And we had the time of our life

My 3 fellow anglers hooked onto a skipjack each and then the bites stopped for a long time. We were nearly at trips end when we got a hit but it shook itself off. The captain and crew worked together and literally hunted/stalked this large amberjack, the way experienced pros do, until it was on the line. They were accommodating, fun, and prepared delicious ceviche out of our initial catches. I look forward to fishing with this group again!

We recently chartered the *Marcangel* out of Puerto Morelos with a group of four close friends, and the experience was exceptional from the outset. Captain Jaime and crew were FANTASTIC! We caught 3 different fish-a mackerel, a Bonita, and a baracuda! They made civiche with the mackerel and it was mouth-watering delicious! They also took us to a place to go snorkeling off the coast of Puerto Morelos with a gorgeous reef! Diego lead us on an underwater tour where we saw turtles, sting rays, puffer fish and many, many other species of colorful tropical fish 🐠 🐟 😀 All-in-all, a PHENOMENAL day! Thank you so much! ¡El capitán Jaime y su tripulación fueron fantásticos! Pescamos tres especies diferentes: una caballa, una bonita y una barracuda. ​​Con la caballa prepararon un ceviche que estaba delicioso. También nos llevaron a un lugar para practicar snorkel frente a la costa de Puerto Morelos, con un arrecife precioso. Diego nos guió en un tour submarino donde vimos tortugas, rayas, peces globo y muchísimas otras especies de peces tropicales de colores. En resumen, ¡un día fenomenal! ¡Muchísimas gracias!

Incredible experience with Jesus and his crew! They were incredibly professional, handling everything from prompt communication to arranging our transportation seamlessly. The crew was exceptional from the beginning of the trip all the way to the end. The best part of the day was my son catching his very first trophy sailfish, and a huge thank you to the crew for making that incredible catch happen! Thank you to Jesus and the team for an unforgettable day on the water. Highly recommend!

I told him I wanted to troll, so we trolled. It was rough, I got super sea sick. We then said “bottom fish”…he turned the boat around and put us on some nice amber jacks. He’s more than a captain driving a boat, this guy has a total system, and he’s a fishing machine!

We were booked with the Marangel but due to mechanical issues we were switched to the Big Boss. This worked out awesome! Captain Jaime, Julio and Picky Picky (not sure of spelling lol) were a fantastic crew that put us on the fish as soon as we headed out! Everyone in our group got a chance to fight a fish in the big chair. I cant thank the crew enough for making our first big water fishing trip a pleasure!

I want to personally say thank you to our captain and deck hands. These guys were beyond helpful put in as much work as you possibly could have to get everyone on fish during our trip! What an excellent day we had lost a few but caught Mahi, lemon shark and a 45 inch barracuda and an incredible 97 inch white marlin! If you need a fishing charter for the day look no further!

wasnt the marangle fished on yhe el paton great crew work constantly would be five stars but a gas exhaust leak in the cabin was irritating to some and may have contributed to her sickness great crew caught 2 mahi and a nice wahoo fun alttile salespressure to get the Wahoo mounted could use a ladder to get in and out of the boat- it was a little dangerous plenty of beer and water provided crew was excellent at helping the sea sick individuals i would do it again
