If you're here to make the most of fishing in central area of Maldives , look no further than Tides Explorer. Having logged many hours on these tides, your captain is prepared to put you on fish.
Around here it's common to catch Skipjack, Cobia, Coral Trout, Mahi Mahi, African Pompano Jack, Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna, Dogtooth Tuna, and more, depending on conditions. For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. For the more adventurous among you, there's spearfishing.
Children are welcome, so feel free to make a family day out of it! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites for a boost of energy when needed!
You'll be casting lines from a 38' center console that holds up to 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, along with lures.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.
Our team will serve you with cold drinks to keep you hydrated for a good fishing experience.
You can't go wrong when you bring sunglasses, a hat, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is not allowed. There will be some light snacks available on board.

One of the best fishing trips I've ever had! The captain and crew were outstanding — highly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about what they do. They knew exactly where to go, and thanks to them, I landed an incredible Giant Trevally (GT)! The boat was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with all the top gear needed for a successful day on the water. Everything was smooth and well-organized from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking to have a serious fishing adventure with a top-class team!

Weather was too rough for deep sea , so stayed inshore. Captain and Crew worked very hard to put us on fish , had a great day fishing and good sport. Thank Tide Explorer for great day
