Karyn’s Sportfishing
Excited to cast a line in Ensenada? Look no further than Karyn’s Sportfishing! With years of fishing experience throughout Baja California and Baja California Sur, your guide knows these waters and is ready to help you make the most of your adventure.
Ensenada is known for exciting catches including Lingcod, Rockfish, Yellowtail Amberjack, Skipjack Tuna, Bluefin Tuna, and more. Depending on your target species and conditions, trips may include trolling, specialized techniques, or even spearfishing for those looking for an extra challenge.
Families are welcome! Children ages 8 and older can join the fun. If you don’t have a child-sized life vest, we have two available; just provide the child’s size and weight in advance. Feel free to bring snacks, and we’ll provide bottled water and can prepare sashimi ceviche from your catch.
You’ll fish aboard a brand-new 26’ Panga equipped with a 200 hp Yamaha motor and space for up to four passengers. The boat has everything you need for a comfortable and productive day on the water.
Bring your own equipment or ask us about renting rods, reels, bait, and lures. We can clean your catch, and a 10–20% tip is customary to recognize the crew’s hard work.
Before your trip, everyone will need a local fishing license. We can help with the application process for a $15 service fee. Some species may require special tags or have restrictions, so be sure to check current regulations.
Don’t forget sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, sunglasses, and extra water. One bottle of water per person is included. Alcohol is allowed in moderation; please avoid hard liquor and glass bottles. Lunch can also be arranged; contact us for details and dietary requests.
