Meet Your Guide – Danovan Maximo Owner & Captain of Sea Ready Adventures & Tours, Hopkins Village, Belize Born and raised in the heart of Hopkins Village, I’ve spent most of my life on the water. From a young age, I was drawn to the sea learning the tides, reading the currents, and mastering the art of fishing with my elders. What started as a way of life soon grew into a passion for sharing the ocean’s beauty and bounty with others. That’s how Sea Ready Adventures was born. I began this journey with a simple goal: to give visitors an authentic Belizean experience from hooking fish on the barrier reef to snorkeling among vibrant corals and island hopping through our crystal-clear waters. I run every tour with heart, knowledge, and a deep respect for the sea. Out of all the adventures I offer, fishing has a special place in my soul. There’s something about the patience, the pull, and the fight that never gets old. My favorite trips are those where I get to teach someone how to feel that same excitement whether it's their first snapper or a big battle offshore. Speaking of big battles, my most memorable catch? A 250-pound Goliath grouper, pulled up from 500 feet of water with a 100lb handline. No rods. No reels. Just grit, skill, and one of the strongest fights of my life. Moments like that remind me why I do what I do. Whether you’re here to snorkel, fish, explore, or just unwind welcome aboard. I’m ready to show you the very best of Belize, one adventure at a time.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 10% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
