Fish-On Charters are based out of Biloxi, and can take you fishing along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Come and explore the Bay, Bayou, or inshore waters, or head out to the Barrier Islands, wrecks, and artificial reefs. Captain Kenny Bellais is a local who'll put you on the fish in no time, and make sure you have a wonderful experience.
Join Capt. Kenny aboard his 38' Bellcraft catamaran boat 'Fish-On Cat' that will get you to the fishing grounds in minutes. The boat features a wide and spacious shaded deck, perfect for up to 6 anglers to fish in comfort. There's a private bathroom and an air-conditioned cabin.
All trips include professional fishing gear, lures, live bait, and fishing licenses. The crew also offers cleaning and filleting of your catch for tips. Kids are welcome aboard Fish-On Cat, as family is important to the crew – children are our future after all.
Fish-On Charters offer inshore trips up to 1 mile out or in the Bay and Bayou, as well as nearshore trips to the Barrier Islands that are 10-12 miles out, which range between 4, 6, and 8 hours. Their snapper 6 to 8-hour trips take you 20-30 miles offshore to the wrecks and snapper fishing grounds.
During the day, the first mate will be on hand to guide you through a variety of techniques, such as light and heavy tackle, bottom and drift fishing, jigging, and trolling. You'll try to hook a range of species including Redfish, Bull Reds, Red Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Kingfish, Jack Crevalle, Cobia, Shark, Tripletail, Spanish Mackerel, Trout, and Triggerfish depending on seasons and charter choice.

6 Hour – Barrier Island (AM) on August 6, 2025 • 6 adults • 1 childBooked a 6 hr trip with Captain Kenny and First Mate Hayden and it did not disappoint. Trolled for smacks at the islands and boated a few until the Cap spotted schools of bull reds busting the surface. We proceeded to sight cast to the schools with jigs for the next 2 or three hours until our arms were shot. Boated a bunch up to 38". Stopped at a few wrecks on the way in and picked up a good red snapper and a nice cobia. The boat was great ( loved the AC cabin) and the crew was just as good. Thanks Captain Kenny!

We caught all kinds of fish but only a few of the largest species listed. My advice when the is when the skipper wants to start earlier do it. She was a bit warm towards the end.

6 Hour – Barrier Island (AM) M-Th on August 11, 2023 • 6 adultsThanks Captain Kenny and his deckhand Kaden for getting us on the fish. We booked last minute because another captain canceled on us. This trip was phenomenal! We caught our limit of redfish and we caught just as many Jack Craval! There were two times when we had three people fighting fish. We did a six hour trip and came in a little early because we were worn out. All of our fish were caught while trolling and it was awesome when we ran into a streak. Will definitely book with Fish On again. Very professional service and just a great experience!

8 hour Red Snapper on June 15, 2025 • 6 adults • 2 childrenCaptain Kenny put us on the fish. We were bottom fishing for snapper. We limited for the day. Then captain Kenny instructed his first mate to rig for trolling. That’s when we began catching bull reds and mackerel.
