Mark, our charter captain has been fishing these waters since he was 8 years old. When we left the dock at 5:15 AM(15 minutes early, because Mark had everything ready to go) Mark asked what order do you want to catch the stiped bass, fluke and black bass .... and then Mark put us on those fish exactly in that order. We caught BIG fish (some to big to keep) and we caught keepers. Mark was awesome and you can tell he loves being on the water fishing... totally professional but friendly, coast guard veteran, lives local, raising a family... and really knows these water and fish. When our time expired we were into many black bass, Mark let us fish through it until we had worked the spot and then he fileted all of our keepers, double bagged them, then iced with a third bag. I highly recommend Mark for your next charter. I know he will be my next charter and so on for this area. Also... when you are done fishing, do yourself a favor and have lunch at the Cooked Goose across the street.... another 5 stars.

Captain Mark was an awesome guide and captain, he got us into some incredible striped bass action. He made extra efforts to give us a wonderful sunset fishing trip. Mark was super friendly and authentic and treated my son with a lot of grace. Very grateful we found him, we’ll be booking another trip in the future. -Chris and Tate from Vermont
Our captain Mark Phillips was very imformative and pleasant. He knew the water well and exactly where to take us. We had a great time and highly recommend him! No complaints at all!
