Twentyfive Sportfishing
Twentyfive Sportfishing is here to show you the stunning waters of Narragansett.
Swordfish, White Marlin, Wahoo, Little Tunny (False Albacore), Mako Shark, Scup (Porgy), Weakfish, Bluefish (Tailor), Striped Bass, Thresher Shark, Flounder, Yellowfin Tuna, and more are in the cards if you come at the right time of year. You'll target your catch by spinning, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Trips with Twentyfive Sportfishing are fun for all ages, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks to keep their stamina going!
Your day begins aboard a 38' Flowers downeast with capacity for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 15–20% tip is customary.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
Don't leave home without sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
