On these trips, it's common to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. We also offer fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear. Your trip begins aboard our 24' Privateer with a pilot house that can carry up to 6 passengers comfortably with partial shade. Our boats come with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. We provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is included,
The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready to do some fishing! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
It's always wise to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and snacks. Bottled water will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. Tips are always greatly appreciated for your captain. We had an incredible time on our fishing trip with Captain Brian! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure my kids had an amazing experience from start to finish. He worked hard to get us on the fish and was patient and encouraging the entire trip. My son caught four fish, my other son landed one, and while my daughter and I got skunked, we still had an absolute blast. Captain Brian kept the atmosphere fun and made the trip memorable for everyone. If you’re looking for a great day on the water with family, I highly recommend booking a trip with Captain Brian. We’ll definitely be back!
We booked a 2-hour charter with Captain Brian to give our 9 and 7-year-olds a fun fishing experience, and he absolutely blew our expectations out of the water! Brian was incredible with the kids from start to finish. He helped them with everything, from baiting their hooks to patiently teaching them exactly when and how to pull back on a bite to hook the fish. He was incredibly personable, kept us all comfortable the entire trip, and made sure the kids were engaged and having a blast the whole time. If you are looking for a captain who is fantastic with families and knows how to put you on the fish, book with Brian. We will definitely book with him again the next time we visit the area!
Captain Brian F. was the man!! I took this trip with my wife and 2 boys(7& 10)- all novice at fishing- we did a 4hr trip, from 8am-12pm. From the start, filling us in on everything and offering a hand/advice wherever needed. Made the trip a lot of fun. Lots of biting & caught a bunch of fish, including a HUGE Grouper caught at the end, what a fight!!- unfortunately, had to throw it back in as it was out of season. we did notmake any catches big enough to keep, but it still made for a lot fun and great memories. I would HIGHLY recommend and would most definitely take another trip!!
The captains were amazing and very vigilant when re-baiting and casting our lines for us. They taught us whatever we wanted to learn and took us to numerous different spots to fish. We even stopped at a sandbar to swim and cool off midway through our trip! Everyone in our group caught something, and our fish were filleted for us when we docked. We had a good experience overall!
We had an awesome trip with Captain Brian this past Thursday. I brought my brother-in-law Tony, and Captain Brian made sure we didn’t go home empty-handed. We caught a great variety including sheepshead, grouper, ladyfish, and snook. He was knowledgeable, easygoing, and worked hard the entire time to keep us on fish. Everything was smooth and well organized from start to finish. Highly recommend booking with Captain Brian if you want a fun and productive day on the water. We’ll definitely be back! 🎣
