Make the most of your time in Playa Flamingo and go fishing with Tour Angelica Sportfishing. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Alejandro is prepared to put you on fish.

Species like Amberjack, Mahi Mahi, Roosterfish, Broomtail Grouper, Pacific Barracuda, Skipjack, African Pompano Jack, and more could be biting if you come at the right time of year. You can expect to do some spinning, popping, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Alejandro also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.

Tour Angelica Sportfishing is a child-friendly charter service, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks to stay fueled throughout your trip!

You'll be welcome aboard a 33' sportfishing vessel that holds up to 6 passengers. It has downriggers, a fighting chair, and all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

It's always wise to bring sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks for you on board.

Go ahead and treat yourself to a day on the water with Tour Angelica Sportfishing.

Roosters and Needles
Half Day Trip on May 9, 20262 adults
The crew put us on the fish. We immediately had fish hitting the live bait. when it slowed down, they were quick to switch gears to get us back in the action. We ended up with a tuna, 2 needlefish, and a Rooster on just a 1/2 day trip.
Reported catch:
Roosterfish
Skipjack

No fish cought. Even catching bait fish was a problem. Would be better if they had baitfish on board allready. Family was very dissapointed
