We had an amazing experience fishing! Caught five tuna and two mackerel. The captain had ample beverages, sliced us up a pineapple, and even sliced some sashimi from one of the mackerel we caught to eat for lunch. Couldn’t have asked for a better outing!

Pick up is not your typical boat marina, as you board on the shore. Not a problem just FYI. Our captain Raul spoke enough English for us to understand each other and worked his tail off to get us on the big fish, but it just wasn’t meant to be. We caught a few bait fish (Bonita) and my son brought in the only decent fish, an ocean far. Didn’t even know there were far in the ocean. Other than that we got skunked. It happens. This was our second trip with the black fin and hopefully not our last, ishmail and rolo did an awesome job getting us into fish, fun guys to hang out with and ended with a trophy size rooster of a lifetime, estimated to be over 80lbs They have the knowledge and the gear to get you on the fish

They were prompt, upfront with requirements, and it was a comfortable trip for two. We didn’t end up catching anything, but not for lack of trying; he tried everything he could, but we just didn’t get lucky this time. The views, and the wildlife were incredible, and it was a nice way to spend a morning.
