Species like Amberjack, Wahoo, Blue Marlin, Caribbean Queen Snapper, Black Grouper, Snowy Grouper, Yellowedge Grouper, Silk Snapper, Mahi Mahi, Blackfin Tuna, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Sailfish, and more are in the cards if you come at the right time of year. You'll target your catch by spinning, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Come fish for Sailfish with our Experiences Capt.
Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. And, you can't go wrong with snacks so that everyone stays happy and energized!
You'll be casting lines from our new addition to our fleet a 30ft seafox with room for 10 passengers It comes with all the essentials. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself. TOILET AVAILABLE
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–15% tip is customary. Contact Captain about your Private Trip. Trip may be lower than shared trip.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
It's always wise to bring sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed. There will be food and some light snacks provided on board.

I did two days with Captain Kory of Pelagic Hunter Belize, one inshore and one offshore and it was the best fishing experience I've had ever! As a knowledgeable and experienced captain, he put us in the right spots with the right gear to bring up the fish we wanted. That made the whole experience so enjoyable and exciting for both our experienced fisherman and new to fishing friends. For sure will book again as our time out on the water with Pelagic was the most memorable part of our trip!

We just spent a beautiful morning fishing with Shane and Kurt. The vibes were immaculate. We brought some delicious barracuda and jack crevalle back to the resort with us and saved on eating out with incredible fresh fish. Pelagic Hunter for the win.

Spent a full day with Kory with myself and my son. Kory reached out to us on WhatsApp before hand to communicate and provided lunch and drinks. He did a great job interacting with us and kept us on fish. As things slowed down he would change things up. Overall, we had a great day and I wouldn't hesitate to spend the day with him in Placencia.
Amazing weather Good fishing all around. Even hooked up to the tax collector.
