Captain AJ was so welcoming and very encouraging. He was well prepared with bait and extra poles, and his boat was perfect the excursion. We caught 18+ Sand Trout as well as a few perch and porgys to be used a additional bait. Captain AJ was great with helping bait the line, and untangling any tangles so you could get right back to fishing. He had great recommendations for others areas we could target other fish on our own time, such as red drum and flounder, as well as recommendations for how to cook what we caught. Overall, it was a great trip and we look forward to fishing with Captain AJ again.

We had a great time on our fishing trip with Capt AJ. Great personality, which I appreciate kept us entertained and engaged on the whole trip. He put on fish from the first stop and made sure we left with some nice catches. He helped me and my wife with techniques, retrieves, and even used different fishing methods to land fish. We even saw Dolphins while we were out! Lastly, he filleted and cleaned our catches for us. Can’t wait to get home and fry them up. I would highly recommend Capt AJ if you’re looking to have a great time and catch fish.

Captain AJ Zane Diebel was the perfect teacher for my 2 kids, aged 9 and 11. I wanted us all to learn some techniques, and we all did! My kids caught 17 fish, and 2 were around 2 ft long! Captain AJ was so patient and kind, and he explained everything so we could understand. By the end of the trip, we learned how to cast, bait, and reel in. He took care of washing and scaling our catches, so don't worry about that. I couldn't recommend him more! My kids asked to come back and fish with him specifically, and we definitely will!

Captain AJ was wonderful with my 6 year old son on his first fishing trip! my son has never caught fish before! and he was able to help him catch a few! He was kind, patient, friendly and I truly appreciated the time he took with my son in teaching him the basics of fishing! I also appreciated him including me, the mama in catching a fish! it was truly a memorable, fun adventure! We even saw dolphins swimming by! and a crab! We had a blast with AJ. We were fishing within minutes of leaving the dock. He was very helpful and informative, and he made sure we had the best opportunity possible to catch fish. We caught a variety of fish and fished in multiple areas using different styles of fishing to catch different fish. AJ had a lot of insight on using different bait and adjusting to make sure we were catching fish. He was eager for us to have best experience possible, and we did!
