These waters are known for Black Drum, Cobia, Flounder, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Pompano, Redfish, Sheepshead, Red Snapper, Spanish Mackerel, Speckled Trout, and more – with any luck, you'll find out for yourself! Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Sawyer also offers Flounder gigging.
Trips with Blue's Charters are fun for all ages, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!
You'll be fishing aboard a 24' Kenner center console with capacity for 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Rods, reels, and tackle are included, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. Glass bottles are not allowed.

Sawyer is an expert at tailoring an experience to his customers' preferences! We were supposed to go out Friday morning, and Sawyer was honest about the conditions of the water. He rearranged his schedule so that we could have the experience we wanted on the water, catch our limit of fish, and make great memories we'll share for years! We will be back!

We went on a snapper fishing trip with Captain Sawyer, and it was hands down one of the best fishing experiences I’ve ever had. I dont think I would book with anyone else as i know i would be disappointed if it was not as good as this trip. From the moment we left the dock, it was clear that Captain Sawyer knew exactly what he was doing. He put us right on the fish and kept us on them the entire trip. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about snapper fishing, but he was very patient and great at helping me since it was my first trip. Whether you’re an experienced or new to offshore fishing, he makes the whole experience fun. He explained everything perfectly!! The boat was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, and Captain Sawyer clearly takes pride in running a professional operation. We caught plenty of snapper and had an absolute blast doing it. If you’re looking for a great offshore fishing trip with a captain who works hard to put you on fish and make sure everyone has a great time, I highly recommend booking a trip with Captain Sawyer. I’ll definitely be going again.

Captain Sawyer has a great personality and fit our group perfectly. He put us on fish right away and we limited out with some nice big Red Snappers. Bigger then the rest we saw at the docks!!
I have fished in Panama City and out of Fort Morgan. Best fishing I've ever seen.We caught some Big Fish. Captain Sawyer was great at putting us on the Fish. Gear and boat was great. If you want a boat ride with little fish go to Panama City. If you want to catch big fish, go to Fort Morgan and take a trip with Captain Sawer. I will be going back. Great job Blue Charters.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
