Miller’s Sportfishing – Portland
Please contact captain before booking to know exactly where you'll be fishing.
If you're here to make the most of fishing in Portland, look no further than Miller's Sportfishing.
Depending on the season, you might hook into Chinook Salmon, Sockeye Salmon, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Coho Salmon, and who knows what else! During the trip you might be spinning, trolling, drifting, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Miller's Sportfishing welcomes kids aboard, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks for a boost of energy when needed!
Your fishing machine for the day is a 26' Alumaweld aluminum fishing boat with space for 6 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
A few items to bring include sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
And that's it! Your fishing trip with Miller's Sportfishing is just a click away.
