At Sims Sea Charters, you'll be fishing aboard the Vicky Jean, a custom 32' Edwing built for comfort and performance in Southeast Alaska. Heated, enclosed cabin, restroom onboard, and powered by twin Yamaha 300s—it's a smooth, reliable ride for a full day on the water.

Depending on the season, we target King Salmon, Silver Salmon, Halibut, and more. Every trip is adjusted to the conditions and what's fishing best, so you've got the best shot at a productive day.

We use proven techniques like trolling and bottom fishing to keep lines in the water and maximize opportunities. Whether it's your first time or you've fished before, you'll be taken care of.

Trips are family-friendly and easy to access for cruise ship guests, with pickup within walking distance of downtown Ketchikan.

All rods, reels, and tackle are provided, and your catch can be professionally processed, vacuum-packed, and shipped home.
