Operating out of Shelly Beach, Margate, they offer tailor-made fishing experiences to suit the needs of you and your group to make sure your fishing trip on the east coast of South Africa is the best one possible.

You will be fishing aboard a 21 ft Cobra 635 boat that is powered by twin Mercury engines for a fast and reliable ride to the fishing grounds. The boat is well equipped with electronic equipment, with a fishfinder, GPS, and VHF radio on board, as well as a multimedia system for your entertainment. There is also an ice box on board the boat for ice cold drinks and a fresh catch.

The boat’s primary fishing grounds, Protea Banks, are just 7.5km off the coast of Shelly Beach, The banks have one of the strongest Tuna populations in the world, and the area is home to an extremely vast number of Game and Bottom fish, making it one of the best spots in the country to fish. The experienced skipper will provide exclusive waypoints to target your preferred catch, and all the lures and tackle you will need for a first class fishing experience are included in the price of the trip.

Snacks, drinks, and lunch can be provided by the company at an extra fee, and they can also supply fishing licenses and live bait at an additional cost provided they are given adequate notice. The experienced crew will also be happy to help clean and fillet your catch at the end of the trip, although please note this is a chargeable service.
