To start off your fishing extravaganza on the right track, come aboard a 23' Donzi center console rigged with a 300 HP Yamaha engine. The vessel is a classic, sturdy, strong, and spacious enough to accommodate up to 4 persons, which means you can bring your whole family on the trip with you.
It doesn't matter whether you're just discovering out your fishing passion or you're an expert angler, Capt. Barry will welcome you aboard and will do everything in his power to get you on the fish quickly. Once you've picked the trip you want – a 4-hour, 5-hour, or a full day of 6 hours, start to get ready for all the fishing fun and games.
On your fishing menu for the day are the inshore superstars of the Long Beach area. Make the most out of your chance to catch as many Jack Crevalle, Redfish, Cobia, and yes, even Hammerhead Shark. This was our second trip out with Captain Barry and Ryan at 9-Ball Fishing Charters, they exceeded expectations. We had an amazing time and ended up catching nearly 30 fish (not even counting the ones we released!). It was an incredible day on the water - my son absolutely loved it and is already talking about going back again. Captain Barry and Ryan make the entire experience, fun, easy, and memorable, especially for kids. I can’t recommend 9-Ball Fishing Charters enough. If you’re thinking about booking a trip, do it – you won’t regret it.

we went out close to cat island and caught 6 sharks the fish was hard to target because of the hot weather but they never gave up and even went pver put time best charter in my opinion

We had a great time! Caught a bunch of fish, watched dolphins swim around our boat (that was so cool!) and saw a stingray. Captain Barry had us in the right spots and Ryan was really great at doing his deckhand thing. 4 hours was the right amount of time for us. Thank you both for a wonderful time!
