Captain Evans started fishing for Trout and Salmon out of Frankfort in the early 70's. Fifty-five years later he now fishes with his son Brent who has been fishing Frankfort since 2009. With our knowledge of the local waters, our team works to ensure that you have an unforgettable fishing trip.
All-Inclusive Packages
We offer all-inclusive fishing packages that include everything you need for a successful fishing trip. A typical trip is five hours, leaving the dock at 5AM or 5PM in mid‑summer. We normally run a 10–12 line spread using downriggers, diver rods, and lead core or copper lines off trolling boards. On smaller 1–2 person trips, we simply adjust the number of lines to match DNR regulations (maximum of three lines per angler). From fishing equipment, to baits, to filets, we've got you covered. Sit back, relax, and let us take care of you.

Fishing is a great way to spend quality time with your family. We offer family-friendly fishing trips that are suitable and customizable for all ages, including no charge for guests 10 and under.

Captain Evans and Brent gave us a first class experience. They worked extremely hard to make sure we had a wonderful experience, and also made us feel comfortable.The trip exceeded my expectations in every way. The boat and equipment were great. And we came home with a LOT of meat for the freezer. If you book Catpack Charter you won't be sorry.

I brought my son on this charter to celebrate his 15th birthday. He and his buddy had the absolute best time. Captain Evan was knowledge, skilled, and knew exactly where to go under the conditions. Evans did a fabulous job accommodating our trip to rebook when the weather didn’t allow us to fish the first time. Upon rebooking, we accomplished our goal as a family to catch our first King Salmon. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
