WIFinlander Guide Service
Head to Wisconsin to join WIFinlanders Guide Service for a fun-filled adventure on Lake Michigan. If you don’t have a big party and want to fish with a couple of fishing buddies or your kids, this family-friendly company is an excellent choice.
During the spring and summer months, Captain Tim Hyvonen uses trolling as his main method to target and tach Trout and Salmon. If you are planning a trip in fall, Capt. Tim will pull out his spinning rods and jig for staging Chinook Salmon, Brown Trout, and Coho Salmon. Steelhead and Lake Trout are also around all throughout the season.
Once Salmon move into the rivers, Capt. Tim brings out the fly rods and targets them using large streamers. Later in the season, you can catch Steelhead with float rods, centerpins, and fly rods.
If the open waters of Lake Michigan are not your main goal, let Capt. Tim show you some hot spots that the inland lakes have to offer. There, you will be able to target Bluegill, Bass, Northern Pike, and Crappie.
Your boat for the day will be a 20’ Skeeter MX-2025, which is an excellent fishing machine for up to 4 anglers. It comes powered by a single 200 HP Yamaha engine and outfitted with everything you need for a successful fishing trip.
You will need to purchase a valid Wisconsin fishing license and bring your choice of drinks and snacks. All the rods, reels, and tackle will be provided by Capt. Tim.
