Mahi Mahi Fishing Tours 

From the second we arrived, Willie and Jose (aka the Dominican Kevin Hart) made us feel right at home. Willie went up top and got things rolling, while Kevin Hart wasted absolutely ZERO time giving us a hard time. Apparently, we didn’t pay for a trip… we paid for a trip AND a personal comedy roast! 🤣 Jose is basically Kevin Hart’s long-lost twin, just a few inches short of the full-size model! Same laugh, same personality, same nonstop jokes. This man had us laughing so hard we forgot we were supposed to be on vacation! 😂 The best part? He gave us hell from the beginning, and naturally, we gave it right back. By the end, we weren’t even customers anymore. We were just a bunch of friends talking trash like we’d known each other for 20 years! Willie and Jose absolutely knocked it out of the park! Great people, great energy, and the kind of crew that makes the entire experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for a crew that makes you feel welcome, keeps you laughing, and insults you just enough to make you question your life choices, these are your guys! 😂 10/10 would recommend! Willie brings the skills, Jose brings the comedy, and together they deliver an experience worth every penny. Just don’t let Jose’s little Kevin Hart self get too comfortable… he’s got enough confidence for a 6’5” man! 💀🤣

Super fun and good fishing! Pickup at the cruise port made the start very easy and driver Wim is knowledgeable of the area and shared insight to the area and people of Puerto Plata, return to the cruise port was easy and on time - Thank You Wim. The boat is large with a roof and bathroom, and ready to Fish! Capt Willy is excellent and friendly, Mate Hose' is super friendly and speaks multiple languages. He was constantly working the lines and outriggers checking baits after Barracuda hits and had everything ready for big Mahi Mahi which are beautiful fish. Also caught Barracuda while looking for sailfish. Will definitely fish with them again next trip to the D.R. Fishing Booker always makes it easy! Capt Willie and First Mate Jose did a fantastic job putting us on some barracuda. Fun to catch! Our ride was waiting as soon as we got off the ship, and as soon as we got off the boat. Snacks, beverages, and music were on point! Highly recommend!

Did the 4-hour half day with the crew. While fishing was slow for all the boats today, we still had a great time. Boat was comfortable, captain and crew were great, plenty of refreshments and beautiful scenery. Our son did catch his first barracuda! Transport from our cruise port at Amber Cove was seamless. Would book again.

Jose was our guide for the day and man he gave quite the personality to the trip! We caught Mahi and Marlin, jammed out, and shared laughs for an overall great day from the time we were picked up to when we were dropped off!

We had a great experience with this trip. We came in on a cruise they picked us up at the cruise terminal and took us to the boat trouble free. We then met the crew and headed out to fish. They put lines in and got right in to it trolling multiple lines with ballyhoo that were rigged really well. We caught several barracuda and headed back in. Note our ship did not come in to port until 10:30 so we got a late start. Snacks were great and the mate was probably the best I have had he was enthusiastic and on top of checking and changing baits regularly while also keeping us posted about what was happening.

Booked this fishing trip for my husband for our anniversary, as this is was on his bucket list. Let me tell you this was the greatest fishing trip for him (and I). From the personal chauffeur Bartolo to Captain Willy and First Mate Narsico we were not disappointed in any way. We caught 5 Mahi Mahi, 2 Baraccudas, a Baraccuda and Wahoo we lost right at the boat but hey, that’s fishing, you catch some you lose some. The knowledge and kindness these guys showed us was a one of a kind experience. We highly recommend them and hopefully we will return in the near future.

I wanted to go fishing so bad. They kept me informed via the app. They picked my wife and I from the resort. They were ready to go right when we got there. So professional and friendly. My wife got to see the amazing artwork that Narcisso had made. We didn’t catch anything (It’s a big ocean). I only wish I had a chance to see if they had any merch. I loved what Narcisso was wearing. I was looking forward to see how they would have cooked the fish I could have caught.

We had a great trip and memories tk last a lifetime. We caught 6 Dorado and boy were they tasty grilling up! Thank you for the best fishing trip ever!

Barolo the owner picked us up. I have done many charter fishing trips all over the world, and this one was first class. From the owner to the crew and boat, we all caught mahi mahi, good food and drinks. An amazing day on the water. Highly recommend.
