During the trip, expect to go deep sea fishing. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, they'll take you to the best spots and provide you with everything you need to enjoy a fishing day on the water. Get ready to breathe the fresh ocean air and reel in some fun and some fish.
Kids are welcome, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. It's never a bad idea to bring sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. Your captain will have snacks, water, beer, soft drinks, and fruit on board.

The sea was choppy and a few of us became seasick despite our use of Meclizine. Our first mate was a knowledgeable fisherman, a good storyteller and a kind nurse to those who needed it. Our Captain was working hard locating fish. When we return to Puerto Plata, we will go out on the Dona Nina.
