Captain Dustin will take you out aboard a 20' Hatco Inland Explorer boat, which is a comfortable and seaworthy fishing machine, ideal for the local waters. It comes powered by a new 50 HP Yamaha engine with a maximum cruising speed of 28 knots. Perfect for accommodating up to four anglers, the boat is rigged with safety equipment and modern navigational electronics, such as a GPS, a VHF radio, and a fish finder.
Fishing the Kenai peninsula offers a myriad of possibilities. D's Fishing Company can accommodate any angler's needs, whether it's a dream to land a big Salmon or monster Trout. Your age and skill levels don't matter, novice to the occasional angler to serious fisherman – Captain Dustin is also a great teacher.
D's Fishing Company offers shared and private packages. On your day out, you will be catching Salmon and Rainbow Trout, testing yourself in a variety of fishing techniques, including trolling, spinning, fly fishing, drift fishing, and light and heavy tackle.
A trip with D's Fishing Company comes inclusive with all you need to make an outstanding catch possible. You will be provided with fly fishing equipment, as well as rods, reels, tackle, and lures. Captain Dustin will send your catch home cleaned and filleted, ready to go straight into the frying pan! He was knowledgeable, patient with our skill level, and ensured we were having a great time. Before the trip, he made sure we had directions to the launch and was very communicative. Fantastic experience fishing with Dustin. Beautiful location with fantastic fishing and made hassle free and super enjoyable thanks to Dustin’s expertise. We know have a freezer full of fish to enjoy over the winter!

Great day on the Kenai. Caught 30 sockeye in 2 hours!!!
It’s a shame that my boys 10 and 15 had never been fishing before this, but we picked the right guide with Dustin. Dustin was absolutely responsive from the initial booking and fully exceeded our expectations especially since we did not know what to expect. He met the challenge of our inexperience by providing all equipment, escorting us to a great spot and patiently showed the boys and I how to fish. Dustin continually gave pointers about technique. Even when my 15y/o asked question after question about fish preparation, Dustin took the time to make sure he understood everything. It was a fantastic experience and the boys can not wait to go again. They have specifically requested that we go with Dustin next time. I hope that Dustin will let us go with him again after my 10 y/o snagged him. We couldn’t have asked for a better day on the river. See you next year Dustin!

Dustin Klepacki began his fishing career at an early age of 13 when he fished in tournaments in Northern Illinois until he turned 20. Dustin took 2005 National Champion, 2007 National Team of the year and had many other victories. When he turned 19, he decided to move to Alaska and started working as a deckhand on a Halibut charter, concentrating on exploring the rivers in the Kenai peninsula. One thing led to another, and Dustin became a captain. He enjoys taking his guests out and providing the best service possible.
