Fishin Magician Charters specialize in half day trips full of action and adventure out of Orange Beach, Alabama. Captain Frankie and his crew have over 35 years of experience fishing the local waters. The company is family-oriented, striving to provide an action-packed and enjoyable experience to all of their guests.
Enjoy your fishing trip aboard a 36-foot Johnny Morgan boat, which is a well-maintained and spacious vessel. Originally built in 1989, it was upgraded in 2017 and comes powered by a 375 HP Caterpillar engine. Perfect for accommodating up to six anglers, the boat is fully rigged with all the necessary safety facilities and navigational electronics. There is a live well loaded with bait, along with an ice-box to keep your catch fresh until you return to the shore. Inside, the vessel is air-conditioned and is equipped with a toilet and a shower.
Fishing in Orange Beach with Captain Frankie is a fun experience for any angler. The trips start from a three-hour trolling adventure to the six-hour trolling and bottom fishing. The Orange Beach charters can be arranged as early as 6:30 in morning and later in the afternoon.
While waiting to hook a prize-worthy catch, you will be able to relax in comfort and share your fish stories with your friends and family. Fishing off the shore of Orange Beach is a rewarding experience, which can get your hands full of various species, depending on the season and what’s biting. Your targeted species will include Red Snapper, Sailfish, Wahoo, Spanish Mackerel, Vermilion Snapper, King Mackerel, Black and Scamp Grouper, Cobia, Bluefish, and even Blacktip and Bull Sharks.
A fishing trip comes inclusive with quality rods, reels, tackle, lures, and bait, as well as licenses. Captain Frankie and his first mate will send your catch home cleaned so that you could try it for dinner later. You only need to bring some food and drinks with you.

Captain Frankie had to cancel our trip due to family emergency. He had our best interest at heart when he arranged for another captain to take us out for the day. 6 Hour Troll/Bottom Fishing (A.M.)
Caught lots of fish.
I had booked another boat the night before and he never answered until the next morning and said he couldn’t go because he couldn’t find a mate and his boat was down for repairs, I booked the fishin magician 15 minutes before the trip was supposed to start this morning but capt billy said we can go and he and his mate met me at his boat which was a 2 minute walk from my condo. I told capt Frankie I wanted to catch fish to eat ( red snapper season isn’t in now ) so he said we will troll for Spanish mackerel and the mate put out 4 rods although I was fishing alone and just like that 4 fish were on. By the time I reeled in 3 the 4 th had gotten off but we caught about 10 or so and said that’s enough. We stopped and caught some live bait for later on and started hitting bottom spots. We caught some big red snapper and trigger fish which we got a limit of. Then we went to a spot capt Frankie said we can catch vermillion snapper on and we caught my limit of them. A great thing about his boat is , in the enclosed cabin there is an ice cold air conditioner to sit under when going from spot to spot. When we got home We took our 4 hour old triggerfish to a restaurant and got them to cook them for us. It doesn’t get any better than that. Thanks capt. Frankie and first mate billy. I have a lot of fish to take home and enjoy for the moths to come.

I booked this 6 hour charter for my 60th Birthday. Captain Frankie departed 20 minutes early and i fished for 5 hours. He took us out to vatch fish and have fun. Ittook2 hours to return to dock. He msde sure it was a memorable trip. I plan to book again in June 2025@

4 Hour Fishing Trip (P.M.)
4 hour trip with Capt. Frankie and 1st mate Connor
Had a trip booked with someone else and they canceled last minute so got on fishingbooking and found Fishin Magician. Was able to book trip and got immediate confirmation with Capt. Frankie. We were novice salt water fishers and they took great care of us. We trolled on the way out to some spots the Capt. Frankie found for us. We caught lots of fish but 4 that were keepers. We had a great time and would definitely book with Fisher Magician again. They cleaned our catch and fileted them for us to take home. Thanks Capt. Frankie and Connor for making our experience enjoyable!
