Alaska Catch offers fishing adventures in beautiful Ketchikan, Alaska. Customized based upon your interest, all the trips are perfect for families of all ages. The crew can easily accommodate groups of 2-6 per boat to the most productive fishing grounds. They always have you back to the dock on time and pride themselves on operating one of the best services in town.
If fishing in Alaska sounds appealing to you, you will absolutely love it aboard a 26' Hewescraft boat. This is a comfortable, stable, and seaworthy vessel, designed specifically to maximize fishing efforts. A 250 HP Honda outboard will power you to and from the fishing grounds. The boat is wheelchair accessible and rigged with modern navigational electronics and other professional facilities. Inside, there is a heated cabin with all you need to spend a comfortable day on the water.
Alaska Salmon fishing will deliver an experience you'll never forget. Ketchikan provides exceptional Salmon fishing in calm waters with very little travel time. If catching Halibut is on your bucket list, you can check that off too! Halibut fishing is excellent May-September. If you want to add more species to the list, the crew will show you the hottest spots for Lingcod, Rockfish, Cod, and who knows what else. An experienced guide will have you fishing like a local in no time at all. The crew strives to make the most out of the time spent with their guests, no matter their age and expertise!
All trips come with quality gear, tackle, bait, and lures. You will also be provided with snacks and drinks, but feel free to bring yours if you want. A fishing license is required for the trip, so you will need to purchase one prior to the trip.

Alec was great - he met us with a sign on time and at the clearly communicated location. We had our safety briefing and were off. Alec took us to our first spot and we started catching fish within a few minutes. When things slowed down, he knew were to move on. He was very friendly and helpful - gave our guys lots of tips on fishing from the shore. He and Mike went above and beyond to make sure our trip was a success.
Capt Mike gave us all the info we needed to get our licenses and be ready to hit the waters. Capt. Chris was amazing. He went the extra mile to find the fish. We caught a few but they apparently just weren't hungry. We fished in 5 different locations in the waters around Ketchikan. Highly recommend giving the guys a call to book your next trip in that area!!!
2 hour fill in trip before our ship left. Went 1/1 on silver. Great captain, boat, and communication. Will come back and book more!
Great trip! Dylan was a wonderful captain and we caught plenty of fish. Highly recommend!
