It’s a good life at Shark River Charters!!!!
Half Day Trip (AM) on February 17, 20262 adults

Thoroughly enjoyed an afternoon spent with my wife Bonnie, Captain Dan, and First Mate Jamie fishing in the Keys. Great company and weather. Greeted at the dock by a manatee and several large tarpon feasting on the snapper scraps. Star of the day was Boo Boo (ref. Yogi the Bear 😂), Jamie’s Maltipoo, a real sea dawg and cute as they come. Enjoyed Bonnie’s fresh caught mangrove snapper with huachaningo ala veracruzana sauce following the trip. Five Stars all around!

Half Day Trip (AM) on July 21, 20264 adults

Captain Dan was excellent and the day was top notch. We caught all we wanted and it was quiet and relaxed and conversation was great. He cleaned and filleted our snapper and even recommended we take them to Frank’s in Marathon to have them cooked. We did and it capped off an already amazing day!

Reported catch:
Mangrove Snapper

Angler's Choice

The Angler's Choice Award is given to listings that consistently deliver a high-quality service and earn great reviews from customers.

Fishing has been my only profession, having spent 30 years in the commercial fishing industry and over 16 years as the owner/operator at Shark River Charters. If you enjoy catching fish, you'll love my charter. I like to go after Snappers and Groupers - you hold the fishing pole, feel the bite and reel em in. When not on the water you'll find Capt Dan in the Dakota's chasing birds with his Boykin Spaniel Kip
