Pelican Adventures offers shared deep sea fishing trips, mornings or afternoons. Shared fishing charters will have between 8-25 passengers on the boat. These trips chase a variety of Snapper, King Mackerel, and Trigger. They also provide equipment for a range of fishing techniques including bottom fishing and trolling. The highly-skilled first mate will work tirelessly to keep the rods bending, no matter how they’re set up.
Rods, reels, and tackle are included in the price of the trip, along with all the necessary fishing licenses. The mates primarily work for tips, so any gratuity is very much appreciated. You may want to bring sunglasses, drinks, snacks, and motion sickness pills if this is your first time out just to be safe.

They stayed on top of everything to let the clients have the best experience.
Zack and Evan wore fantastic they kept circling the boatto make sure you were fishing and not waiting around. They spoke over how to catch the most fish and kept the tips and tricks coming. Captin was on top of knowing where to fish and when to move. This trip was on point the entire time my only regret was not booking for 8 hours. Great job guys! From the retired Army veteran and his daughter.

Captain Top Notch
Awesome time on a 6hr evening trip. Everyone caught fish. Captain would move spots soon as bite slowed so we could have better chance of filling coolers. Several large Triggers, Reds, Grouper, and tons of Lanes. Deckhand Clay was doing his best to keep up with us. He did an awesome job. Definitely book with them again the next time I’m in Destin, FL

Shared Fishing 6:30AM 6hrs (Spring)
Bingo Mingo!
What a fun day of fishing. Although our start time started an hour late due to a dead boat battery, they ensured we got all the fishing time promised in our purchase. The captain and his fantastic attentive crew had us on fish all day. We kept hearing “another mingo” over and over again for the type of red fish we were catching. The crew handled it unhooked all my caught fish for me and even would bait my hook from time to time to help maximize fishing times (they were sweet). In all I caught about 15 fish but some fish called “trigger fish” were not keep worthy (8) but still were big and fun to catch because they put up a little fight. I caught 7 Mingo red fish and the crew cleaned and fillet at no extra charge. I’m so happy I caught all those mingos!!! The boat is equipped with iced ice chests for each person or family, clean normal size bathrooms, and good fishing reels and poles. This was my second trip to Destin to do this tour. Hope to come back year after year! So fun to yell “Fish on!!!” All day long! Thank you Pelican Adventures.

Great fishing trip with Son and Daughter
1st fishing trip with my 16 year old son and 18 year old daughter. We each caught a few snapper, a grouper, and some Ruby Red lips. We took our catch next door and had cooked up. The crew worked very hard to make sure we had a great experience and pull in fish. We will definitely book with them again on our next visit.

What a great trip!
First off, Charlie and the other deckmate (I forgot his name) were so very helpful and made the experience so enjoyable! It was my first time going and didn’t get sea sick! Im The captain knew exactly where the fish were at and every single one of us caught fish! I would recommend this excursion to anyone who is looking to go!
