Nothin Matters LLC operates out of Destin, Florida, taking ambitious anglers out in search of big reef and pelagic fish. With trips ranging from seven-hour stints to overnight marathons, you can find the right charter for you aboard a clean, well-equipped vessel helmed by an experienced captain. You will be fishing aboard Captain Hunter's 44' Albermarle sportfisher. This modern boat boasts a comfortable and spacious interior, with two full bathrooms, a galley, and plenty of space to relax in air-conditioned comfort after hard-fought hookups out on the deck.
And you'll hook plenty of big fish, that's for sure! Depending on your trip, you could be fishing local reefs or the very depths of the Gulf of Mexico. On longer charters, you can target monster pelagics like Blue Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Yellowfin Tuna, and Wahoo. Even on shorter trips, there's plenty of action, with big reef species like Snapper, Grouper, and Amberjack.
In order to target this wide range of species, you will need the very best equipment and plenty of it. This is exactly what you get, with outriggers, downriggers, tuna tubes, a fighting chair, live well, and the latest marine electronics to put you on the best fishing spots. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Nothin’ Matters Fishing Charters! From the moment we left the dock, the crew was friendly, professional, and worked incredibly hard to make sure everyone had a great time. They knew exactly where to find the fish, and we were catching them all day long! The boat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making the trip enjoyable for everyone in our group. The captain,Hunter and first mate , Josh were patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, whether you were an experienced angler or fishing for the first time. If you’re looking for an unforgettable deep-sea fishing trip in Destin, this is the charter to book. We made great memories, caught plenty of fish, and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

From the begining of the day, you could tell Captain Hunter and firstmate Josh expected us to catch fish. it didnt take long for Hunter to lut us on the fish and we had our res snapper limit in 90 minutes. Firstmate Josh was the star though, he didn’t take a break the whole 7 hours and was in constant communication to help all the anglers catch fish and keep the lines clear. Amazing day on the water 10/10 would recommend these guys to anyone who will listen!

Weather was awesome as was the captain & crew. The experience was great for the family and the first timers. The different types of fish caught was amberjack, red snapper and mahi mahi. Highly recommend this crew for a fun day on a boat.

My grandson and I had a blast catching lots of fish on our 6 our trip. Vermillion Snapper, Red Grouper, Trigger Fish, and even caught (and released) some huge Amberjack that capped off a great trip! Captain Hunter and the deck mate Josh were awesome and made sure to keep us on the fish! It’s always a great day when your arms are sore from reeling in fish all day! great memories!
