Lake Hartwell Striped Bass Fishing Charters

In this trip you will be fishing with Captain Jason or Captain Tim! This is a 3-hour special from 7am-10am Bass fishing trip on Lake Hartwell. You will meet at Greenpond landing and event center in Anderson, SC. Bring whatever snacks or drinks you would like in a small cooler, and anyone over the age of 15 needs their SC or GA freshwater fishing license. You will be targeting Largemouth and Spotted bass artificially on light spinning gear tackle. Don't miss out on this great deal!

Summer time is where its at when it comes to striper fishing. The bite is going to be hot and so is the weather, so bring some swim wear if you want to jump in and cool off. We'll be free lining some live bait as well as down lining, and the occasional spoons here and there for the big ones down deep. Book ahead before the dates get taken!

On this trip we will be exploring all that the great Lake Russel has to offer. The lake is full of spotted bass that are an absolute blast to catch and the best part, we are able to chase them nearly year round. However, on this trip it is not uncommon to come across a school of hybrids that are famous in this lake. They put up a fantastic fight and make for some great memories. Live bait with light tackle. Casting/pulling artificial bait when productive. Best months on Hartwell tend to be December to July. Also October tends to be good for schooling fish on top. You are allowed to keep 10 hybrids/stripers per person year round.

Hybrid/Striper fishing on Clarks Hill Lake, the largest Corp of Engineers lake East of the Misissippi. Much of the lake is in rural areas and receives much lower fising pressure than other lakes in the South East. The fishing for Hybrids/Stripers is outstanding. We will primarily fish with live bait but there are times that casting/pulling artificial is very productive as well.

I have a large number if brush piles thst i have sunk in greenwood that hold crappie great in the late spring and early summer. I have 3 forward facing somar units and we can fish live bait or artificial depending on what the fish want and skill levels.

We fish Lakes Hartwell, Murray, Greenwood and Clarks Hill for stripers depending on where the bite is hot. We are blessed to have some of the best striper fishing in the country close by. Contact me and we can plan your striper fishing adventure.
