Merrimack River Striped Bass Fishing Charters

This trip focuses on fishing for Striped bass, Mackerel or Bluefish. These trips sail either 7 am to 11 am or 12 pm to 4 pm.

Unwind after work fishing Striped Bass in the evening sun.

On this 4-hour trip you'll hit the waters close to Newburyport. The main targets are Stripers and Bluefish. The charter will provide you with all the required equipment for this trip.

Your trip starts by traveling out of the river to catch live bait. You and the captain will then bring it to Striper fishing grounds and try to catch Bass. At the end of the day, you can also go and check Lobster traps on our way back if you want to! Trip start time may vary a little due to tide and conditions so we can have our best shot at a successful day.

Meet the crew at the Cashman Park boat ramp where you'll head out to the fishing grounds. There is potential to catch Haddock, Cod (when legal), Pollock, Whiting, Cunner, Sculpin, and maybe even Porbeagle Shark!

Mackerel, Striper, and Bluefish. All gear will be provided. Please note all trips 6 hours or longer will have a 20% gratuity added to the total cost of the trip

Our half-day 'Striper' trips run from 6:00am-11am. The trip includes all rods, reels, gear for the group, and bait (we also catch our own, generally). Tackle used can consist of (but is not limited to) spin rods, conventional and jigging gear, light tackle, lures.
